Er verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber einen fundierten Hintergrund sowohl im Immobilien- als auch im Banksektor. Er war zuvor Vorstand eines Bestandshalters mit mehr als 4,2 Milliarden Euro und davor als Investmentbanker t\u00e4tig. Herr N\u00f6cker verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber 20 Jahre Erfahrung in internationalen Transaktionen mit einem Gesamtvolumen von 5,6 Milliarden Euro.
