Ralf is board member of ESPG and managing director of the lagest shareholder in  ESPG. He has a strong background in both real estate and investment banking. Previously, Ralf was CIO of a real estate manager with more than €4.2bn assets under management. Before that, he spent over 20 years working as an investment banker, delivering more than €5.6 billion worth of deals. He has held senior executive roles at several investment companies, including serving as managing director at Corestate Capital and Tristan Capital Partners and CIO of Vivion Investments.

Marco Lüder brings many years of experience as an asset manager for large, nationwide commercial real estate portfolios. In this role, he has built up in-depth industry expertise, senior leadership experience and a strong sense for strategic direction. Most recently, as Managing Director at NAS Real Estate, he was responsible for managing a portfolio located across Germany and in Denmark with a volume of more than EUR 1 billion.

Christian Fendel is a business economist and lawyer with many years of experience in the management of innovation-driven mid-sized companies and in the investment industry. He is also an independent corporate finance advisor, specialising in M&A, strategic financial management, transformation, and sustainable growth structures.

Arndt has served as CEO at several real estate companies. He is currently a council member of the Düsseldorf Stock Exchange.

Formerly CEO of real estate co-investments at Alvarium, Jonathan has more than 20 years of experience in principal and private investment.

Mark is a special situations advisor to listed property companies and has over 30 years of experience in the European and global equity markets.

Markus Drews is co-founder, shareholder and supervisory board member of ESPG AG. Based on his experience as COO and most recently CEO of Demire, a listed property company where he was essentially responsible for the operational business.
