In the course of expansion of our portfolio we are looking forward to receiving your offers. Our acquisition criteria at a glance:

  • Secondary Locations with more than 100,000 citizens
  • Purchase volume between 5 Mio. and 25 Mio. Euro per object
  • Higher volume on property portfolio
  • Share or Asset Deals are possible
  • No structural vacancy, no 100 % vacancy transactions
  • No Development transactions
  • Maximum multiplier of 16
  • Commission max. 3 %
