Our science park portfolio is worth around 250 million euro and consists of 16 properties. Each site includes buildings and facilities tailored to the needs of individual tenants, including clean rooms and laboratories. Our portfolio has a weighted average remaining lease term (WAULT) of over five years, providing transparency and stability for future transactions as well as security for tenants and investors alike.
